An Aura-Meditation-Thoughts (1/2)





'Kem Chho' friends... (How are you friends ???)

Living Body is an automated machinery operated with the help of elements in the nature and same elements inside its structure. It has a self recovery system (an Immunity Mechanism) if any minor (or even major at times) abnormality occurs.

It is said that any living body has energy receptors (Chakras) that balances and evenly distributes an energy within entire structure creating a vibrating energy field that is beyond the normal visibility spectrum of 4000-8000 Angstrom surrounded to the body (Aura).

Methodical Meditation keeps the entire system in sync with the Schumann Resonance Frequency = 7.83 Hz i.e. the Earth’s Extreme Low Frequency and thus stimulating the DNA of the performer to achieve balanced state and thus more efficient Immune System as it helps in lowering Cortisol - the stress hormone and inspiring the Growth Hormone too as we already know. Here we shall discuss Meditation separately but the meditation certainly helps in harmonizing the inner body - slow down the inner processes viz. nerve impulses and thus the vibrations getting emitted outside, sculpting our Aura.

 “Thoughts become Things”...  Thoughts travel faster than the Light...Think of the Moon and the Moon appears in front of our imaginary vision !!!  

Do ‘thoughts’ too travel like an electromagnetic wave  ???

Thoughts are the results of the impulses (Electrochemical Signaling) in the nerves that generate vibrations within the brain, CSF, Spine and entire Nervous System inside. Now if the thoughts are generated in the balanced meditative state thy will have the frequency resonating with the Schumann Resonance Frequency i.e. 7.83 Hz, making our Aura and total existence more in sync with the earth's frequency .....and thus the Thought of things will start becoming a Reality !!

On E.E.G. when the Brains show up Schumann Resonance Frequency (7.83 Hz) it reflects "Alpha State".

Methods of Meditation

Now since 2001 I have been learning meditation as reaching the level of perfection is a myth I believe. I would love to share some of the simplest methods to CALM THE NERVES and reach to ZERO levels.

Common step is ... to sit in the stress free pose, relaxed (patients who can't sit can also do these in the "Shab-Aasana" in sleeping posture. Don't worry if you fall asleep, start snoring, start dreaming of owning a TESLA or even dating your dream partner... don't panic. You are already in the deeper state of mind ! More relaxed Adrenaline ! Happier Kidneys too ! Gradually you will get a hold on your mind and body and learn to stay awake restfully at and after the ZERO level !

Methods that I have tried and tested on my self are as following. I may write up a separate post explaining these in the future.
  1. Watch your own breathes
  2. Focus / Gaze on a small source of light (I had suggested this method to a gorgeous Bollywood Model and Actress who herself is now a Trainer)
  3. Focus / Gaze on a dot (I had a short sight numbers so I personally didn't try this method for longer time)
  4. Music Therapy (a good story will be shared soon about this one)
  5. Count 100 to ZERO (Countdown Deepening - a very powerful method that helped me achieve a lot of things that I am grateful for in this life)

Activated Chakras, Energy Projection and “Thought to Heal” can really help healing the physical body...even at a distance.
