Hi Friends,

Do you know the secrets of the RICHER folks ? They have the knowledge and wisdom to make their money make more money of its own!

And... Do you know that with an inflation rate and the after effects of the lock downs especially during the COVID-19 times the personal finances have shaken up beyond our imagination?

The most loved tool of money multiplication of the major population of our nation is losing its charm and literally depreciating our funds lying in our bank accounts. The FIXED DEPOSITS ... yes... a tool which makes only 1 entity RICHER... THE BANK or the BANKER who owns it and not you / we of course.  Although the safety offered by an FD is maximum but it does not have a capacity to beat this inflation.

(Y)Our money... reduces its purchase power gradually.

Here is an opportunity for all of us to grab smaller pieces of the CAKE that has an icing of some extra % of interest with moderate risks. We are not talking about the stocks' or commodity market and the mutual funds.

What an opportunity is it? Let's first understand with an example...

There is a Large Masala Soda Drink maker company that purchases bottles as raw material from a small manufacturer. They have an agreement that the company will pay in full amount after 90 days of the credit period from the day they purchased the bottles. Now let’s say for the mathematical ease we take Rs.1000/- as an amount of the total bill/invoice that gets generated from that bottle maker.

Now here the situation is that the bottle maker has to run his routine business too. He has to pay for the operational expenses, labour expenses etc. That bottle maker then searches out for an INVESTOR who is ready to pay him INSTANTLY ! The bottle maker tells him “I cannot wait for 90 days practically, can you become the MIDDLE MAN? You take my bill/invoice, I will offer you a discount. You give me Rs.970 instead of Rs.1000 right away and get yourself full amount of Rs.1000/- from the Masala Soda Maker Company after their 90 Days of credit period. That INVESTOR agrees.

Deal Done! Both are Happy!

That INVESTOR accepts the deal, pays Rs.970/- to the bottle maker against a BILL / INVOICE of Rs.1000/- and after 90 days gets Rs.1000/- paid from the Masala Soda Maker company! Earns a profit of Rs.30/- in the period of 3 months out of his investment of Rs.970/- which actually is around 12% per year(annum) return on his investment!

This is called BILL DISCOUNTING or an INVOICE DISCOUNTING!

Now with the progress of Digital Technology and Smart Phones we in India also have some of the authorised and approved companies operating as a platform for small SELLERS and small INVESTORS to avail both the facilities.

1.       A BILL/INVOICE SELLER (like that Bottle Maker in above example) who will look out for an INVESTOR... Click HERE if you want your Bills / Invoices Discounted

2.       An INVESTOR, who can invest with small amounts and purchase the Bills / Invoices on which he can earn higher rate of return (as compared to the Fixed Deposits and some other Savings Schemes)...Click HERE if you want to INVEST

So, why would you not park your hard earned money in Bill/Invoice discounting and get regular higher returns as compared to the Fixed Deposits?

And if you are a small business owner or just a start up or even thinking to start a small business, why would you like to RUN behind the lenders who will charge higher rates of interest on the LOANS ? Instead you too can be smart like that bottle maker and SELL your Bill/Invoice to an enthusiastic INVESTOR !

You can try the platform for any / both of your purposes... Borrowing or Lending! I am sure we all are wise enough to read the Risk related documents provided in each of the deals before investing your money in those. Rs.50,000/- is usually the minimum amount to start with and maximum is roughly around Rs.10,00,000/- for an INVESTOR.

Don’t forget to share your thoughts and share this post with your friends, someone may really be looking for an INVESTOR or a good INVESTMENT opportunity!

Bye for now, take care...
